2. Our Services

We provide a range of services including, but not limited to:

  • Consultancy 

  • Event design and delivery 

  • Media production 

Any specific scope, deliverables, or timelines will be agreed in writing before work starts. We aim to deliver services professionally, creatively, and safely.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth collaboration, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information relevant to the work

  • Respond promptly to communications

  • Cooperate with event requirements, including permissions, facilities, or safety measures

  • Treat our team and any contractors with respect

4. Fees & Payment

  • Fees will be agreed in writing before work begins. This may include consultancy rates, event production costs, or media production fees.

  • Payment terms will be outlined on invoices.

  • Deposits, if required, will be agreed in advance.

  • Late payments may incur interest at the legal maximum rate.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Either party may request to reschedule or cancel with reasonable notice.

  • Event cancellations or significant changes may affect fees; any non-refundable deposits or expenses will be clearly stated beforehand.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes wherever possible.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Any work created by Light Dark Light CIC (e.g., media content, event materials, reports) remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use materials for the agreed purpose.

  • Any third-party content used in projects is done so under appropriate licences or permissions.

7. Confidentiality

  • Any information shared with us will be treated as strictly confidentially.

  • We expect clients to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive materials we provide.

  • Confidential information will only be disclosed if required by law or agreed in writing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
